Troubleshooting Time Synchronization

Occasionally the 8000 will stop synchronizing time which can result in the clock's time either falling back or moving ahead of the current time. Typically, this issue can occur when the Network Time Protocol (NTP) process on the clock is not working or the clock is not configured to use the correct NTP time server.

When a clock experiences this issue, use the following steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.
