You must be an administrator to perform this task.
Click the More icon in the Time Off Balances widget and select Configure.
In the Configuration view, select the balance details to display on the widget. The widget updates based on your selections, and expanding a balance shows the selected additional details.
Current
Displays the current available balance for the time-off type. This option is always enabled and cannot be disabled.
Used
Displays the total amount of time off already used by the employee.
Accrued
Displays the total amount of time off accumulated by the employee.
Future Approved
Displays the amount of time off approved for future dates.
