Time Off Balances widget

The Time Off Balances widget shows an employee’s available time-off balances. It allows users to quickly view different types of leave balances and their related details.

Each balance (for example, Vacation or Sick Leave) is displayed as a separate section within the widget. A blue badge indicates the current available balance for each time-off type.

Users can expand a section to view additional details, including Current, Used, Accrued, and Future Approved values.
  • Current: The current available balance for the time-off type.
  • Used: The total amount of time off already used by the employee.
  • Accrued: The amount of time off that has been accumulated.
  • Future Approved: The amount of time off approved for future dates.

Users can expand or collapse each time-off type to show or hide the detailed balance information.

The widget provides employees with a quick overview of their leave balances and usage directly within the workspace.
