Populating the Enter Elapsed Time section

You can set whether the Enter Elapsed Time section of the Weekly Timesheet is blank or populated with the time codes from employees' default labor allocation.

To populate the Enter Elapsed Time section with the employee’s default labor allocation time code, set the value of WTS_USE_EMP_DEFAULT_LAB_IN_GRID registry parameter to Y.

See the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Administrator > Registry Parameters > Time and Attendance Registry Parameters > WTS_USE_EMP_DEFAULT_LAB_IN_GRID.

Note: When an employee has no scheduled hours for the day, such as when a null-off shift pattern is assigned, the default labor allocation is not populated in the Enter Elapsed Time section even when WTS_USE_EMP_DEFAULT_LAB_IN_GRID is set to Y.

To populate the employee’s default labor allocation in the Enter Elapsed Time section when no scheduled hours exist, set the value of the WTS_USE_EMP_DEFAULT_LAB_NO_SCHEDULED_HRS configuration key to TRUE.

See the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Administrator > Configuration Keys > Scheduling configuration keys > WTS_USE_EMP_DEFAULT_LAB_NO_SCHEDULED_HRS.
