Plan message definition
Use Plan Message Definition to configure automated notifications that are sent to employees before the vacation planning period begins. These notifications inform employees about the upcoming planning window and provide relevant details.
Each row includes an button to modify the details of a plan message.
- Type: Shows when the message will be sent in relation to the vacation planning process.
- Enabled?: Shows a checkbox that, when selected, enables the sending of the corresponding message. If cleared, the message will not be sent.
- Subject: Provides the subject line of the message, which can include parameters for personalization.
- Message: Provides the content of the message, which can include parameters for personalization.
