Billboard workmail notifications

Billboard workmail notifications provide information about Billboard claims. Employees who claim shifts and supervisors who perform authorizations through the application workflow receive notifications directly in workmail.

The workmail notification can include any of these data:

  • Status
  • Posting employee
  • Claiming employee
  • Date
  • Comments
  • Claim type
  • Shift posting type
  • Claim hours
  • Shift details (including shift label, job, activity, team, department, and other labor metric)

You can also view the history of the request by selecting the Show History link.

These notifications include shift details that can help you identify the correct shift being claimed, when multiple shifts for different jobs are available at the same time.
