Configuring Window Calculation Method

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Enhanced Schedule View > Advanced Schedule View.
    To enable the field inRelief Queue, select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Relief Management > Relief Queue.
  2. Click Turn ON Config Mode.
  3. Select a shift in your loaded schedule.
  4. Click Send to Billboard.
  5. In the Claim Type field, select Bidding Process.
  6. Click the security icon next to Window Calculation Method.
  7. Specify this information:
    Security Group
    Select a security group.
    Permission Flag
    Select Allow to enable the users of the security group to access Window Calculation Method.
  8. Optionally, you can set the default value in the field by clicking the diamond icon beside Window Calculation Method.
  9. In the Default field, select any of these values: Manual Selection, Shift Start Time,Time Before Shift Starts.
    Note: If you set the default value to Time Before Shift Starts, schedulers can use the dynamic window where bidding and review windows are calculated to each shift's start time.
  10. Click Save.
