Pending Actions

Shows billboard shifts that are in the review period for a team where you have a user role to view or edit. This tab also shows broadcast shifts that employees have bid on.

Use this tab to assign shifts, reject bids, approve or deny a shift claim or employee post, and select Relief Not Needed for MVS shifts.

Note:

The Billboard Processing task must be running to update the status of an employee’s bid from Active to Review after the bidding window closes so that the shift is displayed in the Pending Actions tab.

Shifts that are categorized as First Come First Served or employee-posted shifts that require supervisor approval during the approval process are also shown on the this tab.
