My Timesheet tab for 9/80 employees and supervisors

This tab is available only when the 9/80 SSP Timesheet has been configured for your implementation. This is a specialized 9/80 use case.

See "Limitations" in 9/80 SSP Timesheet configuration for important constraints.

For 9/80 employees, My Timesheet shows an 8‑day workweek, typically from Friday to Friday. The date range at the top of the page reflects this, and the navigation controls move forward or back by 8 days at a time.

On the first and last day of the 9/80 workweek, the timesheet shows only the applicable half of the split day. An informational message indicates whether the employee is seeing the first half or the second half of the work day. The message is displayed in the day detail view on both desktop and mobile.

Employees enter elapsed time on the 9/80 timesheet. For each day they can record hours, the applicable codes, and any additional work detail rows. Overrides that apply to the day appear in the Overrides section of the detail view.

Employees submit the entire 8‑day timesheet using Submit for Approval. A week is considered fully submitted only when each of the 8 days is submitted, including the relevant halves of the split day. Authorization status is shown at the week level and at the day level in the detail view. A split day is considered authorized only when the portion of the day that belongs to the selected week is authorized.

Supervisors who have 9/80 employees see a My 9/80 Team tab in addition to the standard My Team tab. Only 9/80 employees appear on the My 9/80 Team tab; they are removed from the standard My Team tab so that the layouts and approval flows remain clear.

The My 9/80 Team tab uses the same 8‑day Friday‑to‑Friday layout that employees see. Supervisors can open a specific day cell to review or adjust elapsed time, work details, and overrides, and can check the code summary and any error indicators. When a split day is involved, the system displays issues against the correct half of the day.

Supervisors can authorize or unauthorize days for each employee. On split days the halves can be handled independently, so a supervisor can authorize one half while leaving the other pending. The Team Status functions on this tab apply to the full 8‑day period and include both halves of the split day when performing bulk authorization or unauthorization.
