9/80 SSP Timesheet configuration

Two configuration keys control the 9/80 SSP Timesheet.

The DAY_WEEK_STARTS_980 key (Team configuration group) defines the day that a 9/80 workweek starts. The default is Friday, which produces the Friday‑to‑Friday 8‑day timesheet shown in the examples. You can change this setting to any day of the week if your 9/80 pattern starts on a different day.

The 9/80 timesheet solution uses customizable Groovy scripts to enable flexible configuration.

See the information about groovy endpoints required to configure 9/80 timesheets in the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Developer > API Configuration.

Limitations

This configuration is intended for non-clocking/exempt use cases where employees enter elapsed time on an 8-day 9/80 timesheet. Additional features such as clocking workflows, pay-rule behavior, exports, reporting, or notifications can require additional customer-specific implementation outside of SSP.

The 9/80 SSP Timesheet has these functional limitations:

  • Full end-to-end 9/80 support across all WFM modules is not provided. Additional configuration can be required outside SSP.
  • Attestation is not available for 9/80 timesheets.
  • Clocking from the Self Service Portal is not supported for 9/80 employees; they must use elapsed time entry.
  • Work detail overrides and LTA overrides cannot be applied through the 9/80 SSP Timesheet.
  • Weekly Timesheet Approval Notification is not supported for the 8‑day timesheet.

The 9/80 SSP Timesheet relies on elapsed time overrides managed through the Admin Portal’s 9/80 Weekly Timesheet. The admin configuration must be completed before SSP users can work with 9/80 timesheets.
