Hiding the Approve and Deny buttons for time off requests

As a system administrator, you can allow users to view time off requests without approval or denial access by hiding the Approve and Deny buttons.

  1. From the menu, select Approve Time Off.
  2. Click Config Mode > Data Grid.
  3. Under Data Grid Buttons, click the lock icon beside Approve and Deny.
  4. For each security group, select Deny from the Permission Flag to hide the Approve and Deny buttons.
    Note: Users in the selected security groups can still view time off requests but cannot approve or deny them.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click X.
  7. Click Config Mode.
