Year at a Glance reports

These are the available Year at a Glance (YAG) reports:

  • Absences: Shows employee absence time codes, such as SICK, VAC, and HOL, for the year.
    Note: To generate the Year at a Glance report for absences, the Include in Year at a Glance check box must be selected for the time code.

    See the Infor Workforce Management User and Administration Library (Multi-tenant) and select Administrator > Time and Attendance > Time and Attendance Implementation > Payroll settings > Time codes > Adding time codes.

  • Overtime: Shows employee overtime hour types, such as OT1, and OT2, for the year.
  • Schedule: Shows employee shifts for the year.
The YAG reports are divided into these views:
  • Year at a Glance View: Shows the calendar for the year, with a legend showing color-coded time codes (YAG – Absences report), hour types (YAG – Overtime), or shifts (YAG – Schedule).
  • Detail View: Shows each date when the time code, hour type, or shift occurred.. The Detail View also shows the total number of hours that accrued for the item. The Detail View can be displayed by day, month, or year.
Note: System administrators identify time codes, hour types, and shifts to be included in YAG reports.
