Description:

This parameter controls whether single-day time off requests on public holidays are skipped when the associated time off type has Skip Public Holidays enabled.

When both Allow on Holidays and Skip Public Holidays are enabled for a time off type:
  • Multi-day requests skip public holidays.
  • Single-day requests on public holidays are skipped by default.

When set to true, single-day time off requests on public holidays are skipped. No Long Term Absence (LTA) override is created for the holiday date. A warning or rejection message is displayed when the user submits the request.

When set to false, single-day time off requests on public holidays are processed as standard requests by default.

This parameter applies only to time off requests created after configuration. Existing approved requests are not affected.

Note: 

This parameter applies only when Skip Public Holidays is enabled for the time off type. Configuration is global for this key. Any team level configuration is not applicable.
