Description:

This registry determines whether an employee’s full name displays alongside their username in the Inbox and Read Message pages of both the Admin Portal and Self Service Portal (SSP).

For example, if the username is set to WORKBRAIN and the full name is Support, Workbrain, the message displays as WORKBRAIN [Support, Workbrain].

This registry is also extended to Shift History and other scheduling-related screens. When enabled, the full name is displayed for the user alongside their username.

The scheduling screens include:
  • Shift History popup on ASV
  • Shift History view on the Shift History maintenance form
  • Shift comments across ASV, MR/OTS, Relief Queue, Central Staffing, and Supervisor Approval Worksheet
  • Shift History print screen
  • Employee scheduling notes in ASV, MR/OTS, and Manage Schedule
  • Shift notes on Manage Schedule
  • Shift history hyperlinks in Relief Queue and RCA

For Inbox and Read Message pages, this registry depends on the values of the messageSenderDisplay and messageReceiverDisplay registries. To ensure the full name displays correctly when this registry is enabled, do not set either registry to EMP_FULLNAME.

For scheduling-related screens, this dependency does not apply. When the registry is extended to these scheduling-related screens, it functions independently of the messageSenderDisplay and messageReceiverDisplay registry settings.
