Employee Skills filter

You can use the Employee Skills filter to show or hide employees on the schedule screen based on the skills defined in their individual profiles. The available skills in the filter are based on the teams or employees currently loaded and selected in the Schedule Selection panel.

This filter is automatically saved when creating or applying ASV presets.

You can display all employees regardless of their skills by selecting the Show All option. This bypasses the Employee Skills filter entirely.

Alternatively, you can narrow the schedule view to only employees who possess all selected skills throughout the specified time period by selecting the Has all selected skills check box.

If this check box is not selected, employees who have at least one of the selected skills during that period are included.

If Show All is selected, the Has all selected skills setting is ignored, and no skill-based filtering is applied.

Note: When the filter is used, the overlap between the loaded schedule window and the active period of each skill is considered. Employees are included only if their skill is active during the time range currently displayed. For example, if the loaded schedule covers December 1 to December 5 and a skill is active from December 3 to December 4, the employee displays because there is an overlap.

By default, the Employee Skills filter is visible in new installations and hidden for upgrading customers.
