Adding an Hours of Operation Set
- Select Scheduling > Hours of Operation Set.
- Click Create New Entry
- In Hours of Operation Set - Details, specify this information:
Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
- Hours of Operation Set Name*
- Specify a unique name for the hours of operation set. The maximum number of characters allowed is 40. You cannot use duplicate names. If you specify an existing hours of operation set name, an error message is displayed.
- Hours of Operation Set Description
- Specify a description for the hours of operation set. The maximum number of characters allowed is 100.
- Click Save.
- In Days of Operation, define the operating hours for each day of the week. Specify this information:
All fields are required.
- Day
- Select the day of the week.
- Open Time

Specify the start time for the operating window for the specified day of the week. Use the
HH:MMformat. Ensure that the value you specify for the open time is earlier than the Close Time. Avoid overlapping the open time with another row for the same day of the week. - Close Time

Specify the end time of the operating window for the specified day of the week. Use the
HH:MMformat. Normally, the close time is later than the open time on the same row. If you specify a close time that is earlier than or equal to the open time, it is considered as an overnight range. Avoid overlapping the close time with another row for the same day of the week.
Note: For split shifts, you can add multiple rows for the same day of the week. Each row must have its own non-overlapping open and close times.
