Verifying the status of leave of absence request
As a system administrator, you can verify the status of the leave request using the Groovy script. To use the Groovy script, you need to create a Workflow action and the output is displayed on the script output window.

Note: The Award Leave Pay Rule applies and deducts leave pay when an employee is inactive during an approved leave period. After a leave of absence is restored (uncancelled) using the Groovy script, ensure that the employee status is set to Inactive for the approved leave dates so that the Award Leave Pay Rule runs again and leave balances are deducted correctly. The script verifies the leave record in WFM only and does not handle employee inactivation.
