Viewing workload data

When workload data is generated, you can view the data in a table that shows workload across time intervals. You can filter this data by selecting a team from the list and specifying a date range to define the period for workload display.

Workload values are shown specifically in 15-minute intervals. Each row represents workload for a selected team across the chosen date range. Using this table, you can view staffing demand distribution across time periods.

Workload data filters

Use these filters to control how data is displayed or created:

Team - Select a team to display their workload data.
Date - Specify a date range to define the period for which workload is viewed or edited.
Staffing Requirement Template - This is required when creating workload data.
