Advanced Forecasting
As of the 2026.04 release, Advanced Forecasting is available for adoption with Limited Availability.
Advanced Forecasting supports administrators who configure, operate, and scale forecasting across the organization. It introduces a modern, machine‑learning–based forecasting engine that produces reliable demand predictions across multiple time granularities—from 15‑minute intervals to weekly forecasts—without requiring hands‑on model management.
In a typical setup, administrators define forecasting drivers, connect and govern data sources, and monitor forecast behavior through a centralized interface. The system automatically manages feature engineering, model selection, optimization, and retraining, allowing administrators to focus on data quality, system performance, and operational readiness rather than manual tuning.
The module is designed for enterprise scale. Built on a microservices-based architecture on AWS, Advanced Forecasting dynamically adjusts to large data volumes and fluctuating workloads while maintaining consistent performance across many forecast series.
Forecast results are directly integrated with downstream processes. Driver-based forecasts feed staffing and resource planning, ensuring that scheduling and allocation decisions align with anticipated demand. By forecasting related time series together, the system improves accuracy even when individual data sets are sparse or noisy.
These capabilities enable administrators to operate and scale forecasting at enterprise level while ensuring accurate demand insights flow into downstream planning and staffing decisions.
