EMP_IMP_ERR_UNAPPLIED_BALANCE_OVERRIDE

Controls whether a balance override import record is marked as Error when the balance override cannot be applied during processing.

By default, this configuration key is set to FALSE. When the value is FALSE, the import record status remains Applied even if the balance override cannot be applied. For example, a balance override might fail when the override date range falls outside the employee's employment period. In this case, the import record indicates that the import completed successfully, but it does not indicate whether the balance override was applied.

When the value is TRUE, the import record status changes from Applied to Error if the balance override cannot be applied. This setting helps you identify failed balance overrides directly on the Import Transaction Details page, without reviewing individual employee records for override errors.
