Migration report

When you run the Convert LFSO To Auto Assignment task, a migration report is generated. You can access the report in the location you specified in the task parameters.

Note: When you select the Review Migration Report without conversion option in the Convert LFSO To Auto Assignment task parameters, the system will not process any conversion of staff groups to Auto-Assignment groups or profiles. The system will only generate a report in your specified location that outlines the projected conversion results.

The migration report is generated in Microsoft Excel format. It contains two sheets named Group Conversion and Profile Conversion. Each sheet name is appended with (Projected) or (Applied) depending on whether you selected the Review Migration Report without conversion option. If you selected Review Migration Report without conversion, the sheets are named Group Conversion (Projected) and Profile Conversion (Projected). If you did not select the Review Migration Report without conversion, the sheets are named Group Conversion (Applied) and Profile Conversion (Applied).

The Group Conversion sheet contains these columns:

  • Converted Auto Assignment Group: Shows the Auto-Assignment groups that are projected for conversion or have been converted.
  • Staff Group: Shows the LFSO staff groups with their parameters and associated schedules sorted by their creation date.

The Profile Conversion sheet contains these columns:

  • Profile Name: Shows the profile name of the Auto-Assignment group.
  • Location/Team Name: Shows the location and team name associated with the Auto-Assignment group.
  • Auto Assignment Groups: Shows all the Auto-Assignment groups associated with the Auto-Assignment profile separated with "|" according to priority, from left to right.
