Configuring the job and skill sort orders

  1. In WFM, select Maintenance > Security > Team Security > Team.
  2. Click Edit beside the team name.
  3. In Team Job, specify a value in the Auto Assignment Sort Order.
  4. Click Save.
  5. In Team Skill, specify a value in the Auto Assignment Sort Order.
    Note: The Auto Assignment Sort Order field on the Team Job and the Team Skill works with the Job Maintenance and Skill Maintenance forms. The specified value in the Auto Assignment Sort Order field is also displayed on the corresponding Team pages and vice versa. This ensures that updates are synchronized across all related maintenance forms.
  6. Click Save.
