Application-specific prerequisites

This topic describes the tasks that must be completed in WFM before you can import agents.
  1. Ensure the WFM Public API suite is available in the API Gateway.
  2. Import the provided API flows into ION API.
    1. Navigate to OS > ION > Connect > API Flows
    2. Upload the provided APIFlows.json file.
    3. Activate all imported API flows.
