Configuring WFM GenAI

If you have previously imported any GenAI Agents or Tools, you must remove them before uploading new agents or tools. If you have made any configurations to existing agents, ensure you duplicate and disable them first before deleting to have them as a reference for later:

  1. To remove imported tools and agents:
    1. In Infor OS, navigate to the Tool Factory by selecting OS > GenAI > Factory > Tools.
    2. To locate all existing WFM tools, specify WFM in the search bar.
    3. Select all the WFM tools then click Delete .
    4. Navigate to OS > GenAI > Factory > Agents.
    5. To locate all existing WFM agents, specify WFM in the search bar.
    6. Select all the WFM agents then click Delete .
  2. To upload the new WFM Agents, Tools, and Focus Modes:
    1. Ensure the WFM API suite is available in the API Gateway. Navigate to OS > API Gateway > Infor WFM
    2. Import the provided API Flows using the ApiFlows.xml file into ION API. Navigate to OS > ION > Connect > API Flows
    3. Once successfully uploaded, activate all the API Flows.
    4. To Import the MCP Server, under API Gateway, clickBackend as a Service (BaaS) > Services > Import and then select the wfm-mcp-server-2026-04-01.zip file.
    5. Under OS, click GenAI > Factory > Tools > Import and then select the tools.json file.
    6. Under OS, click GenAI > Factory > Agents > Import and then select the agents.json file.
    7. Under OS, click GenAI > Factory > Tools > Import and then select the focus-modes.json file.
