Agent and tool configuration

This topic describes the tasks necessary for the agents and tools to function properly.
Workforce Management GenAI Assistant agents rely on a set of API flows that enable communication between the GenAI Assistant and Workforce Management APIs.
  1. Import the provided APIFlows.json file to ION API.
  2. Activate all imported API flows.
  3. Ensure users have the required security roles to access the GenAI tool chat interface.
  4. Ensure that the WFM API suite is accessible through the API Gateway.
