The GenAI Assistant is a conversational interface powered by a Large Language Model (LLM). It enables users to engage in natural language interactions to retrieve enterprise data and perform specific tasks. The GenAI Assistant is a key component of Infor GenAI within Infor OS.

To enhance the assistant’s experience, Workforce Management introduces a set of specialized agents that process user inputs and call the appropriate enterprise services. These agents work within defined parameters, ensuring that the GenAI Assistant can securely and efficiently access CloudSuite APIs to support a wide range of business functions. By structuring API calls and returning meaningful data, these agents enable users to complete tasks and obtain insights through a conversational interface without requiring direct interaction with underlying enterprise systems.

AI agents extend the capabilities of GenAI Assistant within this ecosystem by facilitating access to enterprise data and services through APIs. These agents are designed to interpret user queries and interact with Infor CloudSuites to retrieve relevant information or assist in executing transactions. Each agent is responsible for specific operations, ensuring users receive precise and structured responses.
