You can apply multiple filters at once, such as sorting by employee name and selecting multiple time off statuses or sorting by employees name, to customize your view of the time off requests on the Approve Time Off page.
- On the Approve Time Off page, click Sort & Filter.
- Specify this information:

Sort By

Select a criteria from the list.

Time Code
-
Click the database lookup and select a time code from the list.

Time Off Status
-
Select a time off status from the list.
-
Employee
-
Click the database lookup and select one or multiple employees to view their request.

Employees With No Requests
-
Select or clear this check box to include or exclude employees with no requests.
- Click Apply.
Note: In addition to the standard sort options, you can also define custom sort logic for Approve Time Off using Groovy scripts to prioritize time off requests. Once Groovy scripts using the ta-employee-sort script type are added, they are available for use as custom sort options in the Sort By field.
