Approve Time Off page

You can use the Approve Time Off page to review, approve, or deny time off requests for your team.

The Approve Time Off page shows time off requests for your direct reports over a rolling four-week period, starting with the current week by default. You can also view time off requests for one or more teams and change the displayed date range.

Note: The Approve Time Off page is the new version of the time off approval page, introduced in the October 2024 update. It is the default page for new implementations. For upgrading customers, this page may be hidden by default while the Time Off Approval page remains visible.
System administrators must enable these maintenance forms for the new Approve Time Off page:
  • Self Service Portal Approve Time Off
  • DESKTOP_PORTAL_APPROVE_TIME_OFF

The requests are shown in the calendar, with different icons representing the status of each request. This table shows the icons on the Approve Time Off page:
