Configuring the minimum overlap percentage for a team

  1. From the homepage, select Maintenance > Security > Team Security > Team.
  2. Select a team.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. The Team Maintenance form contains multiple sub-forms. Scroll to the Team Billboard Config and specify this information:
    Minimum overlap percentage on billboard
    Specifies the minimum overlap percentage required for a shift to remain on the billboard.

    The default value is 0.

    Maximum overlap minutes on billboard
    Specifies the maximum number of overlapping minutes allowed before a shift is removed from the billboard.

    The default value is 9999. This field accepts whole-number values from 0 to 9999.

  5. Click Save.
To use only the minutes-based rule, set Minimum overlap percentage on billboard to 0. To use only the percentage-based rule, set Maximum overlap minutes on billboard to 9999.
Note: If a team did not configure the overlap percentage threshold, the closest parent team's value is used.
