Shift History

Shows actions that change a shift’s details or assignment, identify who made the changes, and troubleshoot or resolve scheduling issues. You can also track actions performed by employees, managers, or the system. These shift details are the same as those found in Manage Schedule.

You can click the sort button to switch the order of the timeline or the expand and collapse button to show or hide all the information.

Filtering shift details on the Shift History sub-tab

  1. Select Filter.
  2. Specify this information:
    Actions
    Select one or more actions from the list.
    Modules
    Select one or more modules from the list.
    Action Date
    Click the calendar icon and select your preferred date.
  3. Click Apply
