Broadcasting shifts on the Open Shifts tab
- Open the Open Shift Manager through these portals:
- Admin Portal: Select .
- Self Service Portal: Select .
- Select the Open Shifts tab.
- Select a shift card to post to Billboard.
- Click Post Shift.
- Select Broadcast Shift.
- Specify this information:

Team

Click the database lookup and select a team or multiple teams..

Call List

Click the database lookup and select a list.

Employee
-
Click the database lookup and select an employee or multiple employees.

Only show employees who are
-
Select the check box of these categories to filter the employee list results:
- Available
- Qualified by job
- Qualified by skill
- Team members only

Schedule Period

Select a schedule period you want to view from the list.

Employment Type
-
Select an employment type from the list.

Work Type
-
Select a work type from the list.

Schedule Status
-
Select the status of the schedule from the list.
- Click Next.
- Select the employee or multiple employees to whom you want to broadcast the shift.
- Click Next.
- Specify this information:

Offer Duration
-
Specify the offer duration window in hh:mm format. After specifying, an approximate closing date and time of the offer window is shown.

Auto-approve compliance warning

Select or clear this check box. When selected, any compliance warnings that occur when a broadcasted shift is claimed or assigned is automatically approved.

Post to available Billboard upon broadcasting

Select or clear this check box. When selected, the broadcasted shift is also posted to the Billboard.
- If you selected Post to available Billboard upon broadcasting, specify this information:

Claim Type

Claim type is not editable and is automatically selected based on the value specified in the WFM_SHIFT_PROCESSING_TYPE registry parameter.

Available Billboard Groups

Select a Billboard group from the list.

Comment
-
Provide a comment. This is optional.

Additional Message
-
Provide a message for SMS.
- Click Next.
- Click Offer to broadcast the shift.
