Showing shift attributes in the shift cards

The shift attributes, such as job or department, in a shift card are hidden by default.

  1. Select Scheduling > Open Shift Manager.
  2. Click Config Mode.
  3. Click the Side Panel drop-down.
  4. Under Posting Card, click the lock icon beside the shift attribute you want to show in the shift card.
  5. For each security group, select Act from the Permission Flag drop-down.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click X.
  8. Click Config Mode.
