Simple Rotation bids

Simple Rotation is a predefined, repeating work schedule assigned to a specific team and job. Instead of bidding on individual daily shifts, employees bid on a rotation pattern, which they then follow on a repeating cycle for the entire schedule period.

When the bid window opens, eligible employees can view all available Simple Rotations for their team and job. They submit their preferences by selecting the rotation they prefer to work. Bids are evaluated, rotation capacity limits are applied, and employees are assigned to Simple Rotations according to the configured rules, such as priority or seniority.
