Adding Simple Rotations
- Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
- Select the schedule bid to set up a simple rotation and click Edit.
- In the Schedule Bid Simple Rotations section, click New Row to add a row.
- Specify this information:
- Simple Rotation
- Select the Simple Rotation. Only Simple Rotations linked to the team specified in the bid group displays in the list.
- Job
- Select the job for the simple rotation. Only jobs linked to the team specified in the bid group displays in the list.
- Positions Needed
- Specify the number of positions required for the Simple Rotation.
- Positions Filled

Leave this field as 0.
The number in this field increases as bids are assigned to employees.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more simple rotations to the schedule bid.
- Click Save.
