Adding Simple Rotations

  1. Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bid Setup > Create/Manage Schedule Bid.
  2. Select the schedule bid to set up a simple rotation and click Edit.
  3. In the Schedule Bid Simple Rotations section, click New Row to add a row.
  4. Specify this information:
    Simple Rotation
    Select the Simple Rotation. Only Simple Rotations linked to the team specified in the bid group displays in the list.
    Job
    Select the job for the simple rotation. Only jobs linked to the team specified in the bid group displays in the list.
    Positions Needed
    Specify the number of positions required for the Simple Rotation.
    Positions Filled
    Leave this field as 0.

    The number in this field increases as bids are assigned to employees.

  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add more simple rotations to the schedule bid.
  6. Click Save.
