Schedule Bidding configuration

Before you can use the Schedule Bidding module to administer bids, administrators must set up a bid window end calculator task in the Job Scheduler. This requires performing this two-step process:

1. Define the bid window end calculator task by adding an entry to the system registry.
2. Add the bid window end calculator task to the Job Scheduler and schedule it to run at regular intervals to process the temporary shift pattern assignments.
