Assigning Simple Rotations

Assigning simple rotations creates the shifts in MVS.

Select Maintenance > Optional Modules > Schedule Bidding > Schedule Bid Admin.
Select the schedule bid.

Note: The status must be CLOSE to assign a schedule bid.
Select Assign Simple Rotations from the list of actions.
Click Execute.

Note: Shifts are created only when the Simple Rotation Bidding Assignment task is running.

After a schedule bid is successfully assigned, the status changes to SCHEDULED. If an error occurs during schedule creation, the status becomes ERROR.
