Shift History

Use Shift History to view actions that change a shift’s details or assignment, identify who made the changes, and troubleshoot or resolve scheduling issues. You can also track actions performed by employees, managers, or the system.

Shift History is available to any MVS shift, whether published or unpublished.

For published shift, you can view Shift History in the ASV using the Details Edit mode.

You can view shift history for unassigned shifts, including those from Master Rotations and verified ASV, published shifts in ASV, Relief Queue, and Relief Calling Area. When you send an unassigned shift to Relief, a Shift History link appears in the shift details. Clicking the link opens the history for that shift.

When the DISPLAY_FULLNAME registry parameter is set to true, Shift History displays both the username and full name of users. The display format is USERNAME [Full Name]. For example, WORKBRAIN [Support, Workbrain].
