Generating shifts from workload data

As of the 2026.03 release, you can generate shifts from workload and assign them to employees. This feature is designed to help you turn forecasted demand and staffing rules into a workable schedule for your teams. Instead of manually creating and assigning shifts, you can configure schedule profiles once, then use a scheduled job to generate shifts. You can also decide whether they are unassigned or auto-assigned, and control how existing unassigned shifts are processed.
