Displaying additional columns in employee selection field in ASV

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Enhanced Schedule View > Advanced Schedule View.
  2. Click Turn On Config Mode.
  3. Load a schedule.

  4. Click an unassigned shift.
  5. In the Employee Selection field, click the Diamond icon for ASV_INLINE_EMP.
  6. In the Field Parameters field, update this script:
    sourceDisplayFields='EMP_NAME, EMP_FULLNAME, EMP_FTE, HOURS, SKILLS, EMP_VAL1, EMP_VAL2, EMP_VAL3, EMP_VAL4, EMP_VAL5, EMP_VAL6, EMP_VAL7, EMP_VAL8, EMP_VAL9, EMP_VAL10, EMP_VAL11, EMP_VAL12, EMP_VAL13, EMP_VAL14, EMP_VAL15, EMP_VAL16, EMP_VAL17, EMP_VAL18, EMP_VAL19, EMP_VAL20, EMP_FLAG1, EMP_FLAG2, EMP_FLAG3, EMP_FLAG4, EMP_FLAG5, EMP_FLAG6, EMP_FLAG7, EMP_FLAG8, EMP_FLAG9, EMP_FLAG10, EMP_FLAG11, EMP_FLAG12, EMP_FLAG13, EMP_FLAG14, EMP_FLAG15, EMP_FLAG16, EMP_FLAG17, EMP_FLAG18, EMP_FLAG19, EMP_FLAG20, WBT_NAME, WBT_DESC, WBT_FLAG1, WBT_FLAG2, WBT_FLAG3, WBT_FLAG4, WBT_FLAG5, WBT_UDF1, WBT_UDF2, WBT_UDF3, WBT_UDF4, WBT_UDF5'
    Note: Include only the fields you prefer to display. The list above shows all available fields.
  7. Click Save and close the Field Parameters window.
  8. Click Turn Off Config Mode.
