Error messages
You can view the logs in the Job Scheduler or the Import Transactions page for errors during a Staffing Requirements Template and Shift Template Import.

This table lists the possible error messages for a Staffing Requirements Template and Shift Template Import:

| A required field {FIELD NAME} is missing. | A required field is blank. |
| A populated field {FIELD NAME} does not contain a valid value. | An invalid value was specified for a field.. |
| A populated field {FIELD NAME} exceeds the maximum number of characters. | A specified value exceeded the character limit of a field. |
| The Team provided does not exist in the system. | The specified team is unrecognized. |
| The Day Part provided is not configured for the Team. | The specified Day Part is unrecognized for the team. |
| The Area provided is not configured for the Team or is inactive. | The specified area is unrecognized for the team. |
| The Job provided is not configured for the Team or does not exist. | The specified job is unrecognized for the team. |
| The Shift provided is not configured for the Team or is inactive within the Shift Template period. | The specified shift is invalid for the team. |
| The Skill provided does not exist in the system. | The specified skill is unrecognized. |
| Invalid date format provided for the Start Time or End Time. | The date formats used are invalid. |
| Skill proficiency has to be greater than or equal to 0. | The specified value for Skill is less than 0. |
| Priority has to be greater than or equal to 0. | The specified value for Priority is less than 0. |
| The number of days specified cannot exceed the length of the template. | The specified number of days is exceeded the length of the template. |
| The Staffing Requirement Template parent is not found for the Shift Template. | The specified Staffing Requirement Template parent for the Shift Template is unrecognized. |
| The Effective Start Date is greater than the Effective End Time. | The specified start date is greater than the end date. |
| The area is required for an SRT with Include Area = true. | You must specify an area for all the records in one SRT. |
| Start Date cannot be earlier than 01/01/1900. | The specified start date is earlier than 01/01/1900. |
| End Date cannot be greater than 01/01/3000. | The specified end date is later than 01/01/3000. |
| The name of the template already exists in the system for a different team. | The specified name of the template already exists in the system. |
| The Day number exceeds the length of the template. | The specified day number exceeds the length of the template. |
| Skill requirements cannot exceed job requirements for the day. | The specified skill requirements exceed the job requirements. |
