Staffing Requirement Template and Shift Template import limitations

When you are importing Staffing Requirements Template and Shift Template using a CSV file, take note of these limitations:

  • When you are importing a record with the same name for the same team, it is automatically classified as an update.
  • When you are updating an existing Staffing Requirements Template or Shift Template, the following fields are not updated upon import:
    • Name
    • Length
    • Unit
    • Template Type
    • SRT Parent
    • Workload Unit
    • Include Areas
  • Inactivating a Staffing Requirement Template or Shift Template is not supported during an import update.
