Workload page overview

A workload represents the time-phased staffing requirements for a team. Workload data becomes available when a forecast runs with a valid Staffing Requirement Template (SRT). The Workload page provides a dedicated place to manage workload data using SRTs, which helps improve planning efficiency. You can filter workload by team, date range, and intervals, view workload trends through visual charts, and modify workload values directly on the page to adjust staffing requirements. The page also displays workload data that is linked to a forecast, and standalone access lets you plan workload without navigating to other scheduling pages. Integration with SRTs keeps workload data consistent with defined staffing rules.

Column	Description
Team Name	Shows the team name.
Workload Range	Shows the period for which workload is viewed or edited.
Last Generated Date and Time	Shows the date and time that the workload was last generated.
Staffing Requirement Template	Shows the staffing requirement template used for the workload data.
