Setup Advanced Forecasting

As of the 2026.03 release, Advanced Forecasting is controlled by a feature toggle managed by Infor CloudOps. To enable this feature, you must have the appropriate SKU on your Infor Workforce Management license. After CloudOps activates the Forecasting feature toggle in your tenant, you must review your role-based security, navigation menus, and job scheduler tasks. This ensures that forecasting administration, generation ans staffing requirement pages are shown only to the correct administrator and planner roles.

If you plan to adopt Advanced Forecasting, coordinate with your Infor representative and Clous Ops. Confirm eligibility, tenant readiness, and any environment-specific prerequisites before the toggle is enabled.
