Setting the parameters of the BatchShiftsGeneration task

  1. Locate the BatchShiftsGeneration task on Job Scheduler page.
  2. Select Parameters.
  3. Specify this information:
    Team
    Specify a team to generate a schedule.
    Min Day Offset to Start Date
    Specify the number of days between the batch start date and the schedule start date. During batch processing, the system obtains the schedule start date by adding the minimum offset to the current date and then forwarding the date until the day of the week matches the start day of the week defined for the location. Specify 0 if there is no offset.
    Solution Time Out (In Seconds)

    Specify the number of seconds before the search times out. The default value is 300 seconds or five minutes. It is recommended that you set this value between 300 and 420 seconds or five to seven minutes.

    Workmail Notification

    Optionally, select the users to notify when the schedule is published from the lookup window.

  4. ClickSubmit to save the parameters.
