Accessing configuration management for global packages in WFM

Use this procedure to open configuration management in Infor Workforce Management (WFM) so that you can work with global packages.

  1. Sign in to WFM as a system administrator.
  2. From the Admin Portal, select Maintenance > System Administration > Configuration Management > Global Packages.
  3. On the Global Packages page, select a namespace and click Edit.
  4. Add or remove functional objects that are associated with the namespace for use in global packages.
  5. Save the namespace.
    After linking the functional objects in WFM, export and import the global package using CSSP or CSP, depending on the target environment:
    • To export the global package, use CSSP to create a package version, provide a description, and export it.
    • To import the global package, deploy the package using CSSP for same-customer environments or CSP for cross-customer environments.
