Global packages do not support rollbacks

In the event of a rollback, WFM supports rolling back WFM data only, if required. However, to preserve data integrity across the suite, rolling back WFM data in isolation is not recommended unless the end-to-end impact across all integrated applications has been fully assessed and accepted.
