This configuration key is used to control whether the approver’s name is displayed in employee's time off request details and workmail notifications.

When set to TRUE, the approver’s name is hidden from time off request history and from all related workmail messages. The hiding of the approver’s name is applied to all types of time off requests, including approved, denied, recalled, and other requests. When the approver name is hidden, a generic system sender, such as WORKBRAIN, is used for workmail notifications.

Only requests approved after the approver’s name is hidden will display WORKBRAIN as the approver name in the workmail notification. Requests approved before the approver’s name was hidden will continue to display the original approver name in the workmail notification.

When set to FALSE, the approver’s name is displayed as usual in the request history and in workmail notifications sent to employees.
