SS_EXCLUDE_BOOKED_OFF_RNN_RNF_STATUSES

This configuration key determines how booked-off shifts with relief types Relief Not Needed (RNN) or Relief Not Found (RNF) are handled during shift template schedule generation. When set to True, RNN/RNF booked-off shifts are not counted in existing-shift totals. Replacement shifts are generated from the template and made available for self-scheduling.

When set to False, RNN/RNF booked-off shifts are counted in template requirements. No replacement shifts are generated, and those time slots remain unavailable for self-scheduling.
