Enables grouping of child jobs under parent job in self-scheduling.

• When set to True, child associate job shifts are grouped under the parent associate job in the process shift selection window. When set to False, the behavior will remain as is.
• When set to True, child associate job shifts are grouped under the parent associate job in the process shift selection window.
• The denominator (available shifts to offer) for a parent job remains unchanged, as shifts from child jobs continue to be included in the parent count when shifts are assigned or reassigned.
