Downloading the credentials for your authorized app

  1. In Infor OS Portal, select the API Gateway application from the App Menu.
  2. Select Authorized Apps.
  3. Open the Infor WFM Clocks authorized app that you created and scroll down to the Client ID and Secret fields.
  4. Click Download Credentials next to the Secret field.
  5. Specify this information:
    Create Service Account
    Select this option.
    Full Name
    Specify a valid user name.
    Scopes
    Select Infor-WFMClocks.
  6. Click Download.
    Note: The downloaded .ionapi file contains the credentials that are used to configure RESTful API connectivity for the clock in the settings.conf file using either manual entry or an automated process.
